How can I return or exchange my order?
You can easily return your order through our Return Portal. You can create a return label easily through our return portal. If a wrong/defective product has been delivered, please indicate this. Usually, you will receive a new product for free after we have received your return shipment.

Do you have a store or a pickup address?
It is possible to pick up your order after you have placed it through our webshop. Your order will be ready for pickup within 1-2 business days at our pickup warehouse in Barneveld. Please wait to pick up your order until you have received a pickup email to avoid disappointment.
