Not satisfied? Money back!

You can return your ordered, unused and undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days. Follow the instructions to submit your return:
- Click on the link below to "The Returns Portal".
- Fill in the return form, print it out and attach it to the package.
- Go to the post office and return the box to the address indicated on the return form.
- The cost of the return shipment is to be borne by the purchaser.
After you have shipped your return, you will receive a delivery note with a tracking code. Please keep this delivery note as proof of shipment. Once we have received your returned items, we will usually process them within 2 working days. It will take up to 14 working days to process your refund. Please check the track and trace code to make sure your return is on its way. Have the 14 working days passed? Then please contact our customer service department at [email protected].
